For those about to party

Something I half-assed during a car trip. It's more or less a follow-up to this: [link]

I had the idea for a few weeks, just never did anything with it, and when I finally did, the results were not what I hoped. But I didn't feel like making a new Party Cannon at a different angle, so I left it as is.

I'm not sure about the Party Cannon vector anymore. It's been to long to actually remember who did it. So if you've made a vector of the Party Cannon, just assume you did it.
